Welcome
I'm Jessica Findlay, a registered social worker, who specializes in helping parents overcome challenges relating to grief and loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, loss of a child, interruption of pregnancy, as well as infertility, birth trauma, and pregnancy and postpartum concerns.
I'm originally from the GTA in Ontario, but moved over 10 years ago to Calgary, Alberta. I love living close to the Rocky Mountains. Professionally, I divide my time between working with bereaved parents at Alberta Health Services and my private trauma and grief therapy practice.
I love my work and feel so honoured to be able to spend my time journeying with parents during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. It takes courage to share your story and be vulnerable.
