Insurance

I do not bill insurance directly. I will provide you with an insurance-ready receipt so that you can request reimbursement for your session.

Late & Missed Sessions

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your session. I have a 48-hr late cancellation policy. If you do not attend your scheduled session, and have not notified me, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
